He led the largest initiative to preserve Brazilian cultural heritage, with R$1.6 billion invested in 423 projects in 44 cities, as manager of the PAC Historic Cities.

Between 2018 and 2020, he was Director of the Special Projects Department at IPHAN and assumed the interim presidency of the organization in the first half of 2020.

Between 2021 and 2022, he served as Project Director at the Institute of Development and Management (IDG), and since November 2022, he has been Institutional Director of Elysium Sociedade Cultural.

Main Achievements:

Leadership and Management: Led Elysium Sociedade Cultural in projects that promoted social inclusion and the appreciation of local culture. Implemented training programs for vulnerable youth, focused on arts and culture.

Impact Projects: Developed the “Culture for All” project, which brought cultural activities to underprivileged communities, impacting more than 5,000 people. Coordinated the “Art in the Square” initiative, which promoted exhibitions and artistic performances in public spaces, fostering community interaction and access to culture.

Innovation and Digital Transformation: Pioneer in the use of digital platforms to publicize and promote cultural events, expanding reach and public participation. Implemented technological solutions for the management of cultural projects, optimizing resources and increasing operational efficiency.

Recognition and Credibility : Received the Excellence in Cultural Management Award from the Brazilian Association of Cultural Management. He is recognized for his contribution to cultural and social development, with participation in national and international conferences and seminars.
