My personal purpose is to transform lives through knowledge. I understand that this is possible when we are willing to share knowledge for the common good, whether it is paid or not.

This desire was consolidated based on two personal experiences. Working with young apprentices made it clear what a great opportunity it is to change their lives when we awaken their interest in learning through activities that make sense for their daily lives.

My professional career has always been linked to research in the environmental area, environmental business and production process consultancies, in addition to my career as a teacher. After completing my master's degree in Administration, my research project dealing with Industry 4.0 won a research scholarship for the doctorate of the Environmental Sustainability Course at Feevale, where I completed my Master's degree.

Since then, I have been developing studies focused on the digital and technological transformation of the furniture industry and its benefits for sustainability.

This year, after the floods, I made the professional decision to invest in my dream of dedicating myself to research, education and the consulting business. When I came across ITD's innovative purpose and its fluid way of acting, I understood that it meets my objectives, and that I have the opportunity to be connected to a system where my intentionality can be enhanced and reach the public quickly and more effectively.

On the other hand, I understand that my experience can contribute to ITD's partnerships and activities.
